The following apply to you as a Participant in the Promotion:

1. What is the Digicel “Facebook” Promotion?
The Digicel “Facebook” Promotion affords Facebook users who follow the Digicel page a chance to win prizes as stated in the caption of a post by Digicel.
2. What is the prize?
The prize will vary depending on what is stated in the caption of Digicel’s post.
3. When does the Promotion start and end?
The Promotion is valid from April 14th, 2022 through to May 31st, 2023 (the “Promotional Period”). The Prize winner will be selected five days after the Promotional Period.
4. Who can participate in the Promotion?
To participate in the Promotion, you must be a Digicel customer with an active Eligible Plan (as defined below) from the Republic of the Fiji Islands.
The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Any person who, at any time on or after April 1st, 2021, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel the Republic of the Fiji Islands or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel the Republic of the Fiji Islands;
b. Immediate families of Digicel employees;
c. Employees and families of employees of any company associated with this Promotion, including any provider of the Grand Prize;
d. Persons under the age of eighteen (18); and
e. Persons who do not reside in Fiji.
6. How do I participate in the Promotion?
You will need to comment, share or tag as stated in the caption of a Digicel post.
7. How will the winner be selected?
a. Participants will be selected at random as winners according to rules set out in each Digicel Facebook post. Winners are chosen by Digicel staff and prizes are distributed within five days from the end of Promotional Period.
b. Selection will take place at Digicel House, Nabua.
