Digicel Fiji Pte Limited in compliance with (National Payments System Regulations 2022, Section 26) hereby publishes a list of MyCash accounts that have been inactive for 18 or more consecutive months with balances.

What does this mean for you?

If you believe you may have an inactive MyCash account with funds remaining, you can claim those funds.

How to claim your funds:

Visit any Digicel Fiji outlet by August 31st, 2024:

Digicel Tappoocity, Suva City - Central
Digicel Jetpoint, Martintar, Nadi - Western
Digicel Labasa, Labasa Town - Northern

Please bring a valid photo ID for verification.

Important Dates:

The deadline to claim your funds is November 30th, 2025. Unclaimed funds will be transferred to the Reserve Bank of Fiji after the deadline.
