A gift voucher (also known as a gift card) is a prepaid card or code that holds a certain monetary value and can be used as a form payment at specific store, or for specific services. Gift vouchers are often given as presents for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions, allowing the recipient to choose what they want to buy from a specific retailer or service provider – they can be used in place of cash, and in some cases, they may be used to buy products or services online.

3. How are the gift vouchers sold?
The gift vouchers are sold in selected Digicel Fiji resellers via Interlinc’s Electronic Voucher Device (EVD), and the payment will be in Fijian Dollars (FJD). The vouchers will be redeemed within the specific platforms and in USD when redeemed.
4. Where can I buy these from?
The vouchers are only available at the following resellers with more to come.

5. Can I redeem my voucher in Fijian Dollars?
No, the value of your voucher will always be in USD when redeemed. This is because the vouchers are for USA stores and the voucher must align with the relevant currency.
6. How do I redeem my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers will be redeemed through its respective platforms (e.g., Roblox, Amazon, PlayStation, etc.). When redeeming, the value will be credited in USD, irrespective of the local currency.
7. Why is the voucher value in USD and not in FJD?
Due to territory restrictions, these vouchers are available specific to the US and can only be redeemed by accounts registered to the US stores. Therefore, the voucher will always be in USD for redemption purposes, even though it’s sold in FJD at the point of purchase.
8. Can I purchase gift vouchers online?
These gift vouchers are available only through selected retail outlets equipped with POS systems. They will not be available for online purchase at this time.
9. What should I do if I have trouble redeeming my voucher?
