Digicel is offering Double Top Up on every top up of K5 or more, in the form of a free monetary
bundle! This bundle can only be used for calls and SMS to Digicel numbers.

This promotion will run from midnight on September 16 – 22, 2024 by 1159pm.
3. Who is eligible for this Promotion?
Digicel prepaid customers only.
4. How do I qualify for this Promotion?
Customers can participate by performing a top up of K5 or more to receive the free bonus credit,
equivalent to the amount topped up.
The free bonus credit,
• is a monetary bundle, valid for 3 days from time of top up.
• is applicable only for Digicel calls and SMS.
• applies to all flex card denominations, and any amount between K5 – K100, and over K100 using
any eligible recharge method. Any top up amount over K100 will receive a maximum of K100 free bonus credit.
• cannot be transferred via Credit U or otherwise.

The free bonus credit will be applied immediately after you top up K5 or more during the
promotional period.

An SMS broadcast will be sent to prepaid customers on the day the promotion starts.
SMS message: “Get double the value on every Top Up of K5 or more with Digicel’s Double Top Up
Promo! The FREE Bonus Credit is applicable for calls and SMS to Digicel numbers.”
7. How will I know if I have already received the free bonus credit?
Dial *130# and select option 3 for Bonus Balance to confirm that the value of your top up has doubled.
An SMS notification will be sent to you immediately after your top up to confirm receipt of the Free
bonus credits.
SMS message: “Thank you! Digicel has doubled the value of your top up! Dial *130# to see your bonus credits, valid for 3 days. Applies to Digicel calls and SMS only.”
8. Is there a limit on how many top ups I can do during the promotion to receive free bonus credit?
No, there are no restrictions for this promotion. Any top up of K5 or more will be doubled,
regardless of top up method used.
9. Will I receive the free bonus credit if I top up less than K5?
No, the promotion only applies to top up of K5 or more. On the same note, if you do a direct top up
of K2 followed by adding a K3 flex card on the same day, it does not qualify to receive a free bonus
credit.
10. Will the Free Nights offer still apply to any top up of K5 or more?
Yes, in addition to the free bonus credits, any top up of K5 or more will still receive the Free Nights
offer.
