2. Who is eligible for this offer?
Digicel prepaid subscribers only.
3. How do I activate the upgraded data plan?
You can buy an upgraded data plan using either *675#, *777# or MyDigicel App. Use the following steps as a guide.
Activation via prepaid menu:
Step 1: Dial *675# to access the prepaid menu.
Step 2: Select menu option for Data or REDclub*.
Step 3: Choose the desired validity and data bundle.
Step 4: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.
Activation via data menu:
Step 1: Dial *777# to access the data menu.
Step 2: Select menu option for Data or REDclub*.
Step 3: Choose the desired validity and data bundle.
Step 4: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.
Activation via MyDigicel App:
Step 1: Launch MyDigicel App and login.
Step 2: Select Plans & Bundles menu.
Step 3: Select Available Plans option.
Step 4: Select the Bikpla Supersized Data or REDclub* menu.
Step 5: Choose the desired validity and data bundle.
Step 6: Press 1 to confirm purchase and await SMS confirmation message.
*You must have an active subscription to access exclusive REDclub data plans.
4. Are the data bundles within 1TOK Prime Bundles part of this upgrade?
No, 1TOK Prime Bundles are not included in the upgraded data portfolio.
5. Can the data bundles be gifted/transferred to someone else?
No. The data bundles cannot be gifted nor traded to someone else.
6. Is rollover Data applicable?
Yes, only if you activate the same plan within 24 hours after the last plan has expired, any remaining data bundles will be added to your new data bundle.

10. What benefits do I get? You receive extra data with every renewal up to 100% extra data.
11. How can I opt out? You can cancel or opt out of Auto‑Renewal at any time by dialing *675# and following these steps:
