Digicel 1Tok PRIME Bundles Terms & Conditions
Effective from the 12th February 2026, we are implementing a price adjustment with couple of our DTV Plans & Prime Data plans to enhance service quality and ensure network sustainability. This change is essential to support continuous improvements and provide customers with reliable and efficient communication services. Below are the updated Terms & Conditions governing these adjustments
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Fiji) Pte Limited, a company registered under the laws of Fiji with registered office at Nabua, Fiji References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I”, “you” or “your” means the person accessing or using the subscribing to the plans.
By subscribing to the plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These terms incorporate Digicel’s Terms and Conditions in which you can access via our official website.
If you do not agree to or accept any of the Terms, you should not subscribe into any of the plans.

1. What are Prime Bundles?
Digicel’s Prime Bundles come loaded with super generous allotments for data, voice and SMS bundles that customers can enjoy every day.
2. How much does it cost to call off-net on the 1Tok Plan?
When you make an off-net call using your 1Tok plan: you are charged 20 toea per minute, and 1minute is deducted from your 1Tok bundle for every minute of the call.
3. What happens if I run out of 1Tok minutes?
If your 1Tok minutes are finished, you can still call off-net, but you will be charged the standard off-net prepaid rate from your credit balance.

1. How do I activate the Prime Bundle? You can activate or purchase your bundle through 2 methods – MyDigicel App (MDA) or USSD.
How to activate a bundle via USSD menu:
Step 1: Dial *675# to access the prepaid plan menu.
Step 2: Select option 1 for 1TOK Prime Bundles menu.
Step 3: Enter the desired selection for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Specials or Bikpla Combo category.
Step 4: Select a plan option
Step 5: Press 1 to confirm purchase.
Step 6: Await SMS confirmation message to proceed.
How to activate a bundle via MyDigicel App:
Step 1: Open MyDigicel App.
Step 2: Click on ‘Plans & Bundles’ tab
Step 3: Select ‘Available Plans’
Step 4: Choose 1TOK Prime Bundles from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Select a plan followed by clicking the ‘Activate Plan’ button and confirm purchase.
Step 6: Await pop-up notification and SMS confirmation message to proceed.
2. Do 1TOK Prime Bundles allow for multiple subscription? Yes, they do.
3. Do 1TOK Prime Bundles support rollover?
No, rollover is not included.
4. Is Gifting included? Yes, however gifting is applicable to weekly and monthly 1TOK plans only.
5. Is Renewal included? Yes, they do auto renew.
6. What is Auto Renewal ? Auto‑Renewal is a service that ensures your bundle renews automatically at the end of its validity, so your service continues without any interruption. It keeps your preferred bundle active and makes staying connected easier without the need for manual purchase.
7. What benefits do I get? You receive extra data with every renewal up to 10 - 100% extra data.
8. How can a I STOP/ OPT-OUT from current auto renewal plans?
You can cancel or opt out of Auto‑Renewal at any time by dialing *675# and following these steps:
Select Option 9 – My Services
Select Option 1 – Auto‑Renewal
Select Option 1 – Opt Out
Choose the plan you want to stop
Press 1 to confirm

If you are buying a new plan, remember to opt out first (before topping up) to avoid any unwanted renewals.
