Raksha Bandhan – Top Up & Win

The "Raksha Bandhan – Top up & Win promotion is open to all Digicel Fiji Prepaid customers who top up their mobile credit during the campaign period.
The Promotion will run from 16 Aug 2023 to 31 Aug 2023. All top-up made during this period will be eligible for entry.
How to Enter:
To enter the promotion, participants must top up their Digicel prepaid mobile credit during the campaign period. Each successful top-up will automatically grant the participant an entry into the lucky draw.
1. What is the Grand Prize?
Samsung A14 (one for the participant and one for their sibling).
2. When is the Draw?
The draw date is on 7th Sept 2023. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period. The winners will be contacted through the contact details associated with their Digicel Fiji Prepaid account. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 days of the draw, a new winner will be randomly selected.
3. How will the Winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via phone call. It is the responsibility of the winners to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited.
4. How will the prizes be claimed?
Winners must provide valid identification and proof of ownership of the Digicel Fiji prepaid mobile number used for the top-up. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification, after which unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

Digicel Fiji and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
