Sky Pacific & Unwired Online Payment Methods

We ensure that our customers are able to stay connected with families & friends and have access to the available channels for Top Up, Bill payments and Reconnections. Below are some of the ways that you can do so.

MyCash Bill Pay

Pay your EFL (Cash Power and Post Paid), WAF, Unwired, Sky Pacific, and Digicel Post Paid Bills with (MyCash logo)

Bill Pay Steps:

Tap the “More” option on your home screen and then “Bill Pay”.

1. Tap “Add Bill” to select a biller from the drop-down menu and assign them a nickname and account number so you can make a payment from your MyCash mobile wallet.

2. After you add the biller, you’ll go back to the “Bill Pay” screen and select “Pay” in the biller you wish to pay. Enter the amount you wish to pay and click “Pay”.

3. Enter your 4-digit PIN and you will be able to see your transaction confirmation

4. You will also receive an SNS with your transaction confirmation number.

Mobile Recharge

Pay your Sky Pacific Bill with your Mobile Recharge.

  1. Dial *555# from your mobile phone

  2. Select 1 to pay for Sky Pacific standalone plan and press send.

  3. Enter your Sky Pacific Account Number and press send.

  4. Confirm your payment by pressing 1 and press send.

  5. The confirmation message will be received.

  1. Dial *555# from your mobile phone

  2. Select 3 and press send.

  3. Select 1 to pay for Unwired Anytime Plan and press send.

  4. Press your Unwired Number and press send (this is your modem or MSISDN number).

  5. Confirm your payment by pressing 1 and press send.

  6. The confirmation message will be received.

  1. Dial *555# from your mobile phone

  2. Select 1 to pay for Sky Triple Play plan and press send.

  3. Enter your Sky Triple Play Account Number (TXXXX) and press send.

  4. Confirm your payment by pressing 1 and press send.

  5. The confirmation message will be received.

Digicel Selfcare

  1. Login to your respective account (Sky or Unwired or Triple Play) using the link here

  2. Select Online Payment Option

  3. Enter the amount to pay

  4. Click “Pay with BSP”

  5. Click again “Pay with BSP”

  6. Enter BSP Card # (17 Digits) and cardholder name

  7. Select “Proceed”

  8. Enter the OTP code sent to mobile number provided

  9. Press OK

  10. Payment will be updated

  11. Check your balance under “Balance”

Money Transfer – MyCash *888#

  1. Dial *888# from your mobile phone.

  2. Select option 4 “Pay Bills”.

    a) If it’s the first time, select 1. Register Bill, choose 5. Sky Subscription, Enter PIN and confirm Bill Registration

    b) Once Bill Registration is successful, select 6 Sky Pacific

  3. Press 1. Subscription

  4. Enter the amount in cents

BSP SMS Banking - *277#


  1. Dial *277# from your mobile phone

  2. Select option 5 “Pay Bills”

  3. Select – Sky Pacific

  4. Enter amount that you would like to pay

Online Banking

Pay your Sky Pacific Bill with Online Banking

  1. Download BSP App

  2. Login via your credentials

  3. Select option B

  4. Choose Bill Pay as Sky Pacific

  5. Bill reference number – enter Sky Pacific account number only

  6. Enter Biller Account number 80040131 or enter Digicel Fiji Limited-TV as account name

  7. Enter the Bill Amount

  8. Click Confirm Bill Payment

  9. Notification for successful bill payment will be sent via SMS

  1. Download ANZ App

  2. Login via your credentials

  3. From the top left Menu, select Transfers

  4. Select Bill Payment as Sky Pacific

  5. Biller reference number – enter Sky Pacific account number only 

  6. Enter bill amount

  7. Click submit

  8. Confirm your payment

  9. You will receive a confirmation message with your transaction number

  1. Download Westpac App

  2. Login via your credentials

  3. From top Menu, select Payment

  4. Choose Bill Payments

  5. Select Biller as Unwired Fiji

  6. Biller reference number – enter Unwired account number only

  7. Enter bill amount

  8. Click Submit

  9. Confirm your payment

  10. You will receive a confirmation message with your transaction number

Standing Order Process

  1. Login to your “BSP Online Banking

  2. Click on “Payment & Transfers” and click “Payee & Biller”

  3. Select BSP Payments and Create “Payee”

    ·         Payee Name: Digicel Sky Pacific

    ·         Account Number: 80040131

    ·         Bank Name: Bank of South Pacific Limited, Suva

    ·         Account Currency: FJD

    ·         Payee Narration: E.g. Sky Payment – 202231(sky account#)

    ·         Payee Address: Mead Road, Nabua, Suva

  4. Select “Payment From” BSP Account, Payee (Select Sky Pacific Payee Account)

  5. Enter Amount under “Amount”

  6. Enter the correct “Sky Pacific” account number as “Narration” (E.g 202231)

  7. Schedule “Deduction Date” (we recommend 5 working days prior to the account due date)

  8. Click “I want to make a recurring transfer” and select “monthly” as Frequency

  9. Select “Until I Cancel” under “Last Payment Date”

  10. Click “Proceed to Payment”

  1. Login to your “ANZ online banking

  2. Click on Funds Transfer” and select “ANZ to ANZ Transfer” from Payment Type

  3. Select “Other ANZ Account” and Enter Sky Pacific Account # 12459132

  4. Enter the Amount under “Transfer Amount”

  5. Enter “Your Sky Account Number” under “Notes for Recipient”

  6. Under Transfer Click on the “Frequency” option and select “Monthly”

  7. Enter “Start Date” (we recommend 5 working days prior to the account due date)

  8. Enter “End Date” (optional to your preference)

  9. You will receive a confirmation message once payment is scheduled.

  1. Login to your “Westpac Online Banking

  2. Click on Periodic under the payments option

  3. Select “Pay From” Account and Enter “Description” as Narration will appear on your account

  4. Select “Start Date” (we recommend 5 working days prior to account due date)

  5. Select “End Date” (optional to your preference)

  6. Select “Monthly” under Frequency

  7. Enter pay to “Sky Pacific” and Enter Sky Pacific # 9801832859

  8. Enter “Description” – Your Sky Account number (Appears on receivers Statement)

  9. Enter “Bill Amount” (As per your monthly Price Plan amount e.g. $54.95)

  10. Enter “BSB Number” 039-001

  11. You will receive a confirmation message once payment is scheduled.

Selected Bill Pay methods will take up to 5 working days to reflect in the respective billing system, please ensure that payments through these outlets are made well in advance.
