Starting on the 15th November 2023 to 14th January 2024 prepaid, postpaid, H&E & MyCash customers will have the chance to WIN amazing fortnightly prizes. Join the Opt-in & Win promotion by simply buying a $15 or more plan, signing up a postpaid, ISP, TV, pay postpaid bill on time or any MyCash transaction for a chance in the draw to win fortnightly prizes.
1. How can I qualify for the promotion?
Prepaid - Buy a $15 or more data plan on *123# or MDA to qualify for the promotion.
Postpaid – New postpaid sing up or full bill payment on time from 1st – 21st of the month
H&E – ISP sign up or re-opt in & Digicel TV sign up or reconnect
MyCash – All transactions $15 or more (withdraw, deposit, top up, QR pay or bill payment (EPC, SWA etc.)
2. What are the prizes to be won?
27 winners will be drawn every fortnight and they have the chance to win one of the following prizes;

$1 per entry. i.e. $15 plan = 15 entries or $250 bill payment = 250 entires
4. How can I check my entries in the draw?
Dial *150# to check their entries (for prepaid subscribers)
5. Are the entries from the previous week counted in the draw for the new week?
No, all entries from the previous fortnight are not entitled in the draw. Subscribers will have to perform another transaction to earn entries for current fortnight for a chance to win fortnightly Prizes.
6. When are the draws?
The draws are conducted with the presence of gambling authority on the following dates:

2nd Draw – 14th December 2023
3rd Draw – 28th December 2023
4th Draw – 16th January 2024
7. How will winners be drawn?
Winners will be drawn randomly.
8. How will winners be informed?
Customers will be notified via a Phone call if they have won a prize.

· Promotion is open to Prepaid, Postpaid, H&E & MyCash subscribers
· All users below the aged of 18 are recommended to seek parental consent or supervision before participating in the promotion
· Non cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash
· Prizes are not exchangeable
· All Digicel staff and their immediate families are excluded from the promotion
· Points cannot be transferred to or shared between different users or pooled together different accounts. Each account will have their own points for the draw
· Prizes will be given to winners upon verification of Digicel mobile number and valid identification
· Digicel reserves the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion with reasonable notice on our website, FB Page or other media
· Digicel’s decisions, including the selection of a Winner, are final and binding on all participants.
· By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and country and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are the Selected Customer) and any other purposes to, which you have consented.
· You agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity.
