How to Top Up (Step-by-Step):

  1. Log in to the BRED Connect Vanuatu App

  2. Select Payments

  3. Choose Buy a Top-up

  4. Select Digicel (Vanuatu) Limited, then choose Top Up - Mobile

  5. Enter the top-up amount and Digicel mobile number

  6. Select the bank account to debit the top-up from

  7. Review the summary, enter your password, and confirm your transaction

A: Any BRED Bank Vanuatu customer with the BRED Connect App.

Q2: What is the minimum and maximum top-up amount?
A: The top-up range is from 100VT to 10,000VT per transaction.

Q3: Can I top up multiple times per day?
A: Yes, there is no limit to how many top-ups you can make, as long as you have enough funds.

Q4: Can I top up someone else's number?
A: Yes, you can top up any valid Digicel mobile number.

Q5: What kind of credit is this?
A: It's normal credit, usable for any Digicel prepaid plan, voice calls, or SMS.

  • The top-up amount must not exceed your BRED bank account balance.

  • There is no limit on the number of transactions per day.

  • The top-up limit per transaction is between 100VT and 10,000VT.

  • The credit is standard Digicel credit, which can be used to buy Digicel prepaid plans, make calls, and send SMS.

  • Top-up transactions must be confirmed with your password within the app.
