What is the “Shake and Win Promotion”?
Digicel is offering its prepaid customers the opportunity to participate in the “Shake and Win Promotion” and win telco and collateral prizes throughout the month of May and June with subject to these terms and conditions. The Promotion allows you to WIN prizes by shaking your phone via the Shake It gaming mechanism in the My Digicel App.

2. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion (the “Eligible Customers”)?
In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a Digicel customer with an active Digicel Prepaid bundle. This includes customers who activate a new Plan during the promotional.
The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;
b. Employees/ direct families of employees living in one same household, employees of affiliates companies associated with this promotion;
c. Home & Entertainment only customers; and
d. Postpaid customers with overdue amounts.
3. Can I Shake every time I purchase an eligible plan?
A Shake is valid for 24 hours when purchasing an eligible plan for a chance to win a telco or collateral prize.
If for example a customer opts in to 2 or 3 eligible plans within a same day, only the first shake will have a probability to win or lose. The other shakes will not give you a chance to win.
Customer must purchase an eligible plan after 24hrs for a chance to win.
4. Which Digicel prepaid bundles/plans are included in the Promotion?
All the plans from 150VT and above identified with the Shake It Icon
Whitelisted plans on MyDigicel App are not eligible.
5. How does a customer participate in the Promotion?
i. To participate in the Promotion, you will need to have activated a Plan via one of the following channels:
1. MyDigicel App
2. USSD/UMM (by dialing *555# and *222#)
ii. By clicking on the Shake It notification and accepting the terms and conditions of same, the customer has confirmed their participation in the Promotion.
Once an Eligible Customer agrees to participate in the promotion, they can then Shake and Win!
iii. Please note the Shake It action must be completed in the MyDigicel App.
6. What are the Prizes?
- Free Data bundle up from 50MB valid 1hr up to 5GB valid 2days including collateral prizes

b) Purchase an eligible plan to be eligible to shake
c) Shake their device during the Promotion Period while logged into the MDA app.
D) Follow the on-screen prompts to see if they are a winner.
3.2. Each eligible participant may shake the device multiple times during the Promotion Period for additional chances to win.
Prizes:
4.1. Prizes for the Promotion include data bundle allowances ranging from 50MB to 5GB
4.2. The data bundle allowance won must be claimed by the winner and it will be automatically credited to the winner's Digicel prepaid account.
4.3. The allocation of prizes is subject to availability and Digicel's discretion.
4.4. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other products or services.
Winner Notification:
5.1. Winners will be notified instantly via the MDA app if they have won a prize.
General Terms:
6.1. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. Digicel reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.3. Digicel's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including but not limited to the selection of winners, shall be final and binding.
6.4. Digicel accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction that may affect participation in the Promotion.
6.5. Digicel reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
6.6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vanuatu.
By participating in the Digicel Easter Shake it Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
