It’s a money transfer feature that lets Digicel customers send and receive money between Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, and Samoa—directly from their MyCash wallet.
2. How do I send money overseas?
Deposit money into your MyCash wallet at a Digicel Store/Kiosk or via Bred Bank transfer.
Open the MyCash app and select Pacific Transfer.
Choose country, enter amount, confirm details, and enter your PIN.
3. What are the fees?
From 1 September 2025, transfer fees apply according to the fee table above.
4. Is there a transfer limit?
Yes, customers can transfer up to 200,000 VT per year across all Pacific transfers combined.
5. Can my relatives overseas send me money?
Yes. Family and friends in Fiji, Tonga, or Samoa with a MyCash account can send funds directly to your MyCash account in Vanuatu.
6. How can I withdraw funds?
Visit any Digicel Store or Kiosk to withdraw money from your MyCash wallet.
7. How do I view past transactions?
Check your History in the MyCash app or request a statement by email.
