Digicel Vanuatu is delighted to announce its’ MyCash Christmas promotion giving a chance to its’ customers to win tuff tumas prizes.
Customer must do a transaction through their MyCash account.
This can be a via USSD *888# or the MyCash App.
1 What type of transactions does a customer need to do to enter the draw?
The transactions to be eligible to enter the draw are: • Cash out • Cash in • Top up • Transfer money • Payment through MyCash (e.g. bill payment)

2 What is the promotion period to enter draw?
Start: 16 Nov 2023 End: 27 Dec 2023
3 When is the draw?
There will be 6 draw rounds with lucky winners each week.

Additional Terms & conditions:
- Winners cannot exchange their collateral prizes with cash
- Prizes are on an as-is-where-is basis
- Only customers who met the promotional criteria will be in the draw to win
- Customers who made any transaction via MyCash i.e. Cash in, Cash out, bill payment, etc.. during the promotional period will be on the draw list.
- The Digicel Marketing team will contact the winner via phone call to notify them of the winning during or after the draw.
- Winners have up to 3 to 4 months to claim the prize starting from the promotional end date. Digicel reserves the right to redraw if the winner does not respond or claim the prize within this period.
- Winners are required to present a valid ID to claim the Prize i.e. valid driver’s license, National ID, VNPF ID card, birth certificate, and passport.
