Subscriber pays for his/her Home 4G Internet plan worth 5,000VT with 50GB data allowance, unlimited speed and a premium access to the DTV app for 30 days.
2. DOES A SUBSCRIBER NEED TO PAY FOR THE DTV PREMIUM PLAN?
No. The subscriber does not need to pay for the DTV premium plan access. It comes as a bundle for the home 4G internet service.
3. CAN RETAIL STORE PROVIDE THE DTV PREMIUM PLAN ACCESS TO THE SUBSCRIBER?
Yes. When a subscriber pays his/her prepaid home 4G internet in the stores, staff can provide the DTV premium plan for the subscriber.
4. CAN CUSTOMER CARE STAFF PROVIDE THE DTV PREMIUM PLAN ACCESS TO THE SUBSCRIBER?
Yes. When a subscriber pays his/her prepaid home 4G internet through MyCash, staff can provide the DTV premium plan for the subscriber.
Subscriber will call Customer Care to claim his/her premium plan access. As proof of purchase or payment, ask the subscriber nicely to send in the screenshot of his/her payment of ISP via the MyCash app.
5. HOW TO GET A HOME 4G INTERNET?
Subscribers may have the following options to sign up and avail of the promo:
A. Visit a Digicel Store to get a saver pack until December 31, 2023 only

B. Call 5555-000 or Customer Care 123 for a phone-in registration. Our Customer Care agents will get your information and arrange the registration with our Home WiFi team.
6. WHO CAN AVAIL OF THE HOME 4G INTERNET FAMILY CONNECT
Open only to all prepaid residential customers both existing and new.
7. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING THIS FAMILY CONNECT
Not only that subscriber gets connected to the internet, he/she also gets to stream non-stop entertainment and watch the live sports action via the DTV app on premium plan.
