5. Can the text be charged from Free Credit?
No, real credit will be deducted for each text.
6. Will I be charged or receive points if the keyword sent is incorrect?
Your credit will be deducted and you will receive points for each text you send. Entries are not keyword specific.
7. How long is this promotion?
It starts on the 15 May 2024 and ends on 30th June 2024. 47 days!
8. Will there be a draw to determine the winner
No. The game is based on rank, hence to WIN, customers are to be Ranked 1 to WIN. On special giveaway or instant win days there could be up to 3 giveaways. The winners on instant days also have to be in the top ranked customers.
9. How will I find out if I won the Prize?
Confirmation of Rank 1 will be received via txt message and a Digicel representative will contact you accordingly.
10. When are the prize giveaway or instant win days?
The giveaway/ instant win days are selected randomly and customers will be advised via txt blast on “SMS GAME”. The game ends @ 11:59:59PM on giveaway days, therefore customers should play till midnight to ensure their rankings. The overall prize money allocated towards the Instant cash/days is spread across random days of the month.
11. Is the offer applicable to all Prepaid Price plan or its postpaid customers only?
All Prepaid and personal postpaid customers can text to participate. Staff and affiliated partners are not eligible to participate and cannot win prizes in any Digicel competition.
12. How will the winners be awarded?
The winners will be contacted and their cash prize will be loaded to their MyCash wallet as the primary method of disbursement. However, in the event this is not ideal based on the customer location or situation, Digicel will award cash or will make a bank deposit. Any cash out fees will be borne by Digicel.
13. When will the winners be awarded?
Winners will be awarded within 7 days of end of SMS game. Winners will be announced on social media.

· To short code 1644.
· Each text (correct or incorrect keyword) sent to short code 1644 will be charged 20vt (GST incl.). Entries are not keyword dependent, hence customers will be awarded points with every text sent in. Furthermore, a singular letter “L” can be sent in, should the keyword Kick be deemed time consuming to have typed out. With the ultimate objective being the highest ranked.
· Each billed text to short code 1644 will generate an “SMS Reply”. An “SMS Reply” will contain the following:
O The token earned for successfully sending a text to 1644. The SMS Game platform assigns the token randomly.
O A sample SMS reply is “Bold! You earned 5 points and are Rank 1 with a total of 1,070! Keep texting KICK to 1644! Be Rank 1 or Rank 2 by 11:59:59pm Jun 30th and WIN A HUGE XXXXXVT or XXXXXVT CASH! 20vt/txt. Over 18yrs ONLY!”
