3. What are the Prizes?

4. When is the draw?
There will be 5 draw rounds with lucky winners each week. • Nov 24 – 40 prizes • Dec 1 40 prizes • Dec 8 – 40 prizes • Dec 15 – 40 prizes • Dec 22 – 42 prizes
5. If a customer from the other island wins, how would they get their prize?
The prize is on an as-is-where basis, so the winner will have to get one of their relatives living here in Port Vila to collect their prize, however, if it’s cash then it will be sent to the winner via MyCash or NBV bank.
6. How will all the Christmas promotions be advertised?
Daily Post - Radio - Billboard - Website - Social - Text to base - Flyer
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- Winners cannot exchange their collateral prizes with cash
- Prizes are on an as-is-where-is basis - Only customers who met the promotional criteria will be in the draw to win
- Customers who made a top-up of 300VT or More or purchased an AIO or data plan of 300VT or More during the promotional period will be on the draw list.
- The Digicel Marketing team will contact the winner via phone call to notify them of the winning during or after the draw.
- Winners have up to 3 to 4 months to claim the prize starting from the promotional end date.
- Winners are required to present a valid ID to claim the Prize i.e. valid driver’s license, National ID, VNPF ID card, birth certificate, passport
