4. How will I know if I’ve entered the draw?
You’ll get an SMS confirmation:

5. Can I win if I live in a remote island?
Yes. Winners can collect prizes from their nearest Digicel Vanuatu store/kiosk or nominate a family member in Vila to collect on their behalf.
6. Can I exchange my prize for cash?
No. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
7. How will winners be selected and contacted?
Winners are drawn electronically and notified via phone call. They must respond within 15 business days.
8. Are top-ups eligible for this draw?
No. Only plan purchases (Data or AIO) count as entries.
