1. Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer is available to new Digicel Play TV, current TV accounts & new Home Internet customers.
2. If I am an existing TV customer and reconnect my TV on the 3-day Plan for only $25,
Do I also get the chance to win?
No, this promotion is only eligible if you reconnect on the TV Ultra Plan paying $100 on
DTT Ultra Package (Tongatapu & Eua) OR paying $80 on DTH Ultra Package (Vava’u,
Ha’apai, Niuatoputapu & Niuafo’ou).
3. If I am a new customer and I sign up for the 3-day plan, do I also get a chance to win?
No. You will need to sign up for the Ultra Plan Package $100 for DTT and $80 for DTH valid for 30 days.
4. If I am a Home Internet Customer and only pay for the $120, do I still also get a chance to win?
Only the New customers that were signed up and paid for the $120 plan and above for Home Internet will be in the draw.
5. How will I know I am the winner?
At the end of the month of the promotional period, all numbers that subscribed to the offer during the promotional period will be compiled and an electronic draw was done to select the winner.
Note – each winner will be contacted via phone call to arrange the prize presentation day. Winners must bring a valid ID to claim their prizes.
