1. How do the new data plans work?

  • For $10, you receive 15GB of AnyUse data valid for 1 day.

  • For $20, you receive 30GB of AnyUse data valid for 3 days.

AnyUse data means you can use it for browsing, streaming, social media, or any online activity.

2: Where can I opt-in to these new data plans?
You can opt-in to these plans in two easy ways:

  • Visit the My Digicel Pacific App, select "Available Plan" under Data Plan options (download from App Store for iOS or Play Store for Android)

  • Dial *123#, select option #3 for Data plan, then choose either Option 3 or Option 5


3: Who is eligible for these new data plans?
These plans are available to prepaid customer subscribers only.


4: When do these new plans come into effect?
Launch date 16th December 2025.


5: Does this new plan allow rollover?
No. Data does not rollover. The allowance expires at the end of the validity period or once fully used. Even with auto‑renewal, unused data will not carry forward.

6: Is gifting allowed for these new plans?
Yes. You can gift these bundles to other prepaid customers via:

  • My Digicel Pacific App under Plan Gifting

  • USSD: Dial *142#

7: Can I buy multiple bundles at the same time?

Yes. You can purchase multiple bundles, but each will have its own validity period. Data allowances do not combine or rollover.

8: Can I cancel a plan after activation?

No. Once activated, the plan cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure you select the correct bundle before confirming

9. How can I check my remaining data balance?

You can check your balance by:

  • Dialing *130#

  • Opening the My Digicel Pacific App and viewing your active plan details
