2. Where can I opt in to this data plan and receive the offer?

3. Who is this offer available to?
Prepaid customers only.
4. How long is the data bundle valid for?
A total of 7 hours; start 11pm, end 6am.
5. Can this Plan be gifted?
Yes, the Plan can be gifted from MyDigicel App or *142#.
6. How will I know that I have successfully claimed & have received the 100GB data?
After you buy the plan on MyDigicel app or *123# you will receive this trigger messages:
Congratulations! You have now received 100GB data of your Kava Power Plan valid from 11pm-6am. $6 has been deducted from your balance. Enjoy!
Otherwise,
(i) if you don’t’ have enough balance you will receive the following message:
“You do not have sufficient balance to buy the bundle. Please top up & visit MyDigicel app to buy plans.”
7. How do I download MyDigicel app?
Visit Play Store or App Store to download the MyDigicel app. Once downloaded and installed, activate your account by registering your phone number.
