Steps to delete your MyDigicel App profile.
We at Digicel value your data and your privacy, as a result we ensure that you have control over your data whenever you need to.
In the MyDigicel App, you as the user have full control over the data you have shared with us, including how to delete your data shared on the app.
Steps to delete MyDigicel App profile: First, log in to the Digicel Rewards app with your username and password.
Steps to delete your Digicel Rewards profile in the app: First, log in to the Digicel Rewards app with your username and password.
For Android Users
Home Page
Once logged in, homepage will be clearly visible.
Click on the menu icon in the top left-hand corner as shown in the image provided:
Menu Tab
Once there, click on the “Settings” tab
Setting Page
Navigate to the end of the menu displayed and select “Delete Digicel ID”.
This action doesn’t directly removes “YOUR” MyDigicel App Profile.
Delete Digicel ID
Second confirmation pop up.
Slide in the rightward direction to confirm deleting “YOUR” MyDigicel App.
Once the action is completed, you will no longer have access to the “YOUR” MyDigicel App.
Please call 123 to assist You in recreating a Profile on MyDigicel App.
For iOS Users
Home Page
