1. Who is eligible for the Unlimited 120?
All prepaid residential customers are eligible to subscribe to the Unlimited 120.
2. How can I subscribe to the Unlimited 120?
To subscribe to the Unlimited 120
Ø The customer will need to visit a Digicel store to fill up and sign the application form with Terms and Conditions.
Ø For customers with an old Digicel home router, pay $120 for the first monthly subscription fee.
Ø For customers who are buying a new Digicel home router, pay $419 ($299 for the home router and $120 for first monthly fee.
3. What are the features/specifications of the $299 Home Router?
· LTE 4G+ compatible
· Easy setup and use. Installation is simple, thanks to an intuitive web interface and the powerful TP-link app called Tether (it lets you manage your network setting with your smartphone).
· MU-MIMO technology serves multiple devices at once, reducing wait time, increasing Wi-Fi throughput for every device, and making each stream more efficient.
· Can connect up to 64 devices with ease, thanks to a powerful processor that boosts data transfer speeds while ensuring dependable network stability.
4. Can I use my old Mi-Fi router or buy a new one for Unlimited 120?
No. Mi-Fi routers similar to any other mobile devices can’t be used for Unlimited 120.
5. How will I renew my Unlimited 120 plan after the initial 30 days expiry?
At the expiry date, simply top up your Home Internet number by $120 and your credit will auto convert to the Unlimited 120 plan with a fresh 30-day expiry.
6. What are the key terms and conditions of the Unlimited 120?
· The Unlimited 120 is for residential or home entertainment use only (i.e. it is not for use in relation to or arising out of business or commerce).
· The Home Internet SIM Card that will be issued to you is specific to our Unlimited 120 service and you must not remove the Home Internet SIM Card installed on the Router (device IMEI to be registered with Digicel). If you remove the Home Internet SIM Card and use it in any other device, we may cancel your service, and your right to use the offer will end.
· The Unlimited 120 Plan does not rollover i.e. if you have not fully used your premium 1TB data by the end of the month or when it expires, the remaining data will be forfeited.
· By signing up to the Unlimited 120 you agree to use it reasonably, appropriately, in a manner that does not harm or is not excessive, in a manner that is legal and without causing significant congestion or reduced network quality on our Digicel network. Where Digicel believes you have used this Offer contrary to these terms and conditions, Digicel may exercise its right to slow, suspend, cancel or limit your use of your service. · Fair Usage Policy: The Unlimited 120 allows you uncapped internet speeds each month up to 1TB of data. If you use more than 1TB of data in a month then you will continue to be able to access data on our network, but your speeds will be slowed to circa 1.5 Mbps. You won’t be charged if you go over your monthly data allowance of 1TB. Instead, you can continue to access data up to speeds of 1.5Mbps. The speed of 1.5mbps isn’t suitable for HD video or high-speed applications, and means that some web pages, social media content and files may take longer to load). In addition, heavy data users (users in the top 1% of all data users) may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods. The speeds you actually receive may vary depending on a range of factors including your device, location, number of users and download sources.
