1. How do I participate in the Promotion?
Simply text the keyword 'Car' to 7777 if you are a Digicel user.
2. When does the Promotion start and end?
The Promotion is valid from 12th May 2023 through to 8th September, 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. How many text entries can be done in a day?
There is no limit to the number of text in a day. The more you text the more chances you get to win.
4. What is the charge for the text?
$0.99 cents per text VIP.
5. How will customer be notified they have entered?
When a customer texts the key word “Car” to 7777, customer will receive a message from Digicel informing him/her their number has entered the draw.
6. When is the draw?
Draws will be done as follows and the winners will be announced on Digicel Fiji’s social media platforms.
7. How are the prizes drawn?
Winners are selected at random through a secure electronic draw platform.
8. Will I be notified when I have received a prize?
Yes, via a phone call from a member of Digicel’s staff.
9. Who can participate in the Promotion?
To participate in the Promotion, you must be a Digicel customer (as defined below) residing in the Republic of the Fiji Islands.
10. Who cannot participate in the Promotion?
Any current director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel;
Immediate families of current Digicel employees;
Employees and immediate families of employees of any company associated with this Promotion;
Persons who do not reside in Fiji;
11. What other obligations can I expect?
The Grand Prize may at our discretion be branded at the time of handover to the winner and the winner will be required to keep the branding for a year from date of draw.
