✶ Flight dates most likely will be travelling to Singapore circa 6 to 10 April, 2023 with a maximum of 4 nights stay. This may be subject to change upon availability of flights, hotels and other arrangements.

✶ Accommodation, flights and tickets to matches will be arranged by Digicel.

✶ Ticket for HSBC Singapore 7’s match includes all Games for all days.

✶ $1,500 FJD Spending Money will be given as Cash to the winner just prior travel.

✶ If the winner is not able to travel, they can send whoever they want, however have to provide the written consent to Digicel in a form as provided by Digicel stating they relinquish the prize to another.

✶ Tickets and cash will be given to customers after the draw.

✶ Winner must present their valid ID to claim the Prize and this may be subject to SIM Registration cross-verification or other methods of verification at Digicel’s discretion.

✶ The Winner will be required to sign a consent in order to claim the prize, acknowledging that they wish to claim the prize, but also that they will participate in all Post Promotional activities such as social media content and congratulatory newspaper advertisements to the extent required by Digicel.

✶ No second ticket or cash will be issued if customer misplaces or loses it. After the draw and handover, the Winner will be fully responsible for the prizes provided to him or her.

1.    Can I have multiple entries in the draw to qualify for this promotion?
Yes, any customer will go into the draw as many times they make their respective Sky or Unwired account payments from the time promotion is live.

2.    Does the Bill payment amount need to be full subscription amount?
Yes, the amount paid must at least purchase an applicable plan for the Sky or Unwired services and the account must be active after the payment.

3.    Can Inactive customer rejoin and go into the draw to win?
Yes, provided they ensure payment in line with #1 and #2 above.

4.    Is there a whitelist for the new Signup offer?
No, it is available for all customers making payment for Sky and Unwired services (Residential Customers).

5.    How will I know if I have won the ticket?
Digicel will contact and inform the Winner but the draw will also be broadcast in accordance with Digicel’s standard procedures.

6.    Will Digicel make all the arrangement of travelling & accommodation?
Yes, all arrangements will be done by Digicel at Digicel’s full discretion. The Winner cannot utilize the prize for any other option outside of that provided by Digicel.

7.    What happens if I lose the ticket and cash, will I get it again?
No, it is customer’s responsibility once prize is handed to the Winner.

8.    Can the Ticket & Accommodation prize exchange to Cash Prize money?
No, the prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other product.
