Yes, however request will need to come from Retail Staff with proper approval from line manager.
6. Will MyCash Cash back also be issued to customer’s that purchase Handsets outside of the price range given?
No, this is only applicable for the price range given.
7. Can a customer purchase more than one (1) device? No, customer can only purchase one (1) device from the range of selected devices to participate.
8. Can MyCash Cash back be sent to another number?
No, MyCash Cash back will automatically be sent to the number carrying out QR payment.
9. Is this offer applicable to Digicel staff?
Yes, this is also available to all Digicel staff numbers.
10. Can customer request for MyCash Cash back in Cash and not through MyCash Wallet?
No, this will automatically be sent via MyCash Wallet. Customer can than withdraw – withdrawal fees will apply.
