Customers that opt-in or data gift the 30 and 15 day Prime Plans using MyDigicel App, MyCash App or by dialing *555#, will receive bonus credit and bonus data. Bonus data and credit will be can be used at any time and is valid for 7 days. To be receive the bonus data, plans can be purchased from *555#, MyDigicel App or MyCash App. The bonus allocation of credit and data Customers will not receive any data rollover on their bonus data and bundles will not auto-renew.

·    Promotion is only available for Prepaid MyDigicel App Customers (excluding tourist priceplans)

1.    Where can I get this offer?

Any opt-in to the Prime $10 Fortnightly plan, Prime $12 Monthly plan, Prime $15 Monthly plan, Prime $20 Monthly plans and data gifting of any 30 day Prime $12, Prime $15 and Prime $20 Monthly plans from My Digicel App, *555# or My Cash App will qualify you for the Double data and credit offer.

 

2.    When can I use my bonus data?

The bonus data and credit bundles can be used at any time and expires in 7 days from opt-in.

 

3.    Will bonus data and credit rollover?

No, bonus data and credit does not rollover, if the main plan auto-renews or is re-purchased while the bonus bundle is still active. New opt-in will refresh the bundle.

 

4.    Will I receive the data and credit bundle if my plan auto-renews?

Yes, you will receive


5.    I am a postpaid customer, am I eligible to take part in this promotion.

Unfortunately, you are not. This promotion is only open to prepaid customers.

 

6.    How long is this promotion running for?

Its starts on 11th November, 2022 until 14th January, 2023.

 

7.    Who can I can with my bonus credit bundle?

Bonus credit can be used to call and text other local Digicel numbers. You cannot use this free credit bundle to call or text, other mobile networks, make international calls or call back home if you are out of Fiji and roaming,

 

8.    Is the offer applicable to all Prepaid Price plans?

It’s for Prepaid Customers who Opt-in or Data gift the Prime 15 day or Prime 30 day Plans.

 

9.    My bonus data and credit bundles are for 7 days but I bought a 15 day or 30 day plan. Will my main plan will be affected when the bonus bundles expire?

No. the 7 day bonus and credit bundle will be used first and will expire after the 7 days is complete, after which the main data and credit bundle will be used for call, SMS or browsing and will expire after 15 days or 30 days for Prime Fortnightly and Prime Monthly plan respectively.
