Digicel Launches Christmas Promotion

Monday, November 19, 2007 - Digicel, the fastest growing mobile operator in the South Pacific, launched it’s “rocking” Christmas offer in the market today. Every customer who buys a Digicel mobile phone will receive a free Digicel mini boombox. Digicel’s “rocking” Christmas offer will be available in all Digicel stores from Monday November 19 until Monday December 31. In addition every new customer will be entered into the draw to win a place at the “Digicel Trolley Dash” with a chance to win K500 worth of free shopping. The televised trolley dashes which will take place in supermarkets all over the country from November 26 to December 17. Digicel will be giving away up to K10,000 worth of free shopping nationwide during the festive period to get Christmas off to a “rocking” start.

Digicel is offering a large range of special handsets during the festive period. New to the range are the Coral 300; a colour flip handset available at K89, the Motorola C119 at K79, the Samsung C260 at K229, the Sony W200 at K249, and the Motorola W375 at K349. In addition to these exciting new models, other models of Nokia, Motorola, and Corals will be available. To top it off, every weekend in December leading up to Christmas, carol singers will perform, there will be live music performances with Digicel’s mobile music road shows as well as special Digicel competitions with lots of Digicel prizes to be won.
