Sheelagh joined Digicel in 2009 and is responsible for human resources across the Pacific. She leads the creation, implementation and development of Digicel Pacific’s people strategy, with an emphasis on ensuring the highest quality of HR services and delivery.

Sheelagh held the position of Head of HR for Digicel PNG before taking on the Regional role, and has over 12 years HR experience, having held positions with Accenture, Abbott, Microsoft and Unilever.
